Hull a punnet of strawberries. |

Use a potato masher to mash up the strawberries and 4 tbsp strawberry jam. |
Measuring out 200ml double cream. Whisk the cream with 6 tbsp plain yoghurt. |
Layer the strawberry and cream mixtures and decorate. |
