| Hull a punnet of strawberries. |

| Put a few aside for decoration. Slice the rest. Ruth has learnt really quickly how to use the knife safely. |

| Use a potato masher to mash up the strawberries and 4 tbsp strawberry jam. |

| Measuring out 200ml double cream. Whisk the cream with 6 tbsp plain yoghurt. |
