Strawberry Layers

Hull a punnet of strawberries.
Put a few aside for decoration. Slice the rest.
Ruth has learnt really quickly how to use
the knife safely.
Use a potato masher to mash up the
strawberries and 4 tbsp strawberry jam.
Measuring out 200ml double cream. Whisk the cream with
6 tbsp plain yoghurt.
Layer the strawberry and cream mixtures and decorate.
